What is the warranty policy for customized watches?
Since customization usually voids the original manufacturer's warranty, IFL Watches provides a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the movement and our craftsmanship to ensure your investment is fully protected.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a customized or hand-painted watch?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that bespoke or 'Made to Order' hand-painted timepieces are final sale due to their unique, personalized nature.
How should I care for my hand-painted watch dial?
Our hand-painted dials are sealed with professional-grade protective coatings. To maintain your watch, avoid extreme temperature fluctuations and ensure the crown is fully screwed down to prevent moisture ingress, as you would with any luxury timepiece.
